Our products are delivered to you online in a digital format (i.e., no physical products are shipped to you).

Each scarf is made on demand when you place your order. Production time is an average of 7 business days.
We only ship to the US, via USPS First Class Mail. Orders ship from Champlain, NY.
Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for transit. Tracking is available on all orders.
T-shirts, Art prints and Mugs
Each item is made on demand when you place your order. Allow an average of 7-10 business days for delivery.
We only ship to the US, via USPS First Class Mail.
Allow 48 hours for tracking info show up in the carrier’s system.
Please note: We are not responsible for delayed shipping of products caused by the shipping carrier or for products that are lost or damaged in transit.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with the items that you purchased. If it isn’t what you expected or you would simply like to make a return, we accept returns of non-sale items.
If you receive your order and discover that something is damaged, please email bonjour@aunasalome.com with a photo of the product and a description of the issue, within 7 days of delivery. Items may be returned in unused condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. All returns and exchanges must be in the same condition you received them. If the item is not returned in its original, unused, conditions, you are responsible for any loss in value. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
